RADIOTHERAPY BASE BED AND RADIOTHERAPY DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the connection structure of a mobile beam to a fixing frame and to obtain an inexpensive device by connecting the mobile beams to the fixing frame with a linear slide bearing at one place.;SOLUTION: A fixed panel 3 is attached to the fixing frame 2 and an exchange panel is adjacent to the fixed panel 3 and is arranged in an upper part to cover a pair of mobile beams 5. The fixed panel 3 transmits the weight of a patient to the fixing frame 2 and the exchange panel transmits it to the mobile beams 5 by distribution. A load added to the mobile beams 5 is transmitted to the fixing frame 2 with a support structure in a cantilever state by mobile blocks 7a disposed in the base parts of the beams and by the first linear slide bearing 6a and the load by the weight of the patient is finally supported by the fixing frame 2 in the structure. Thus, the connection structure of the mobile beams to the fixing frame 2 with the linear slide bearing 6a is executed at one place so that the structure is simplified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
