PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipoprotein separating and analyzing method, lipoprotein separating and analyzing device, and lipoprotein separating and analyzing system capable of easily judging the denaturation degree of a prescribed component contained in a serum or blood plasma. SOLUTION: This lipoprotein separating and analyzing method for judging a denaturation degree of a prescribed component in a speciment sample has a process wherein the distance (a) between a center position of a fraction corresponding to a prescribed component and an application point of a reference sample is acquired from an electrophoretic diagram obtained by executing electrophoresis of the reference sample including a lipoprotein containing a prescribed component, a process wherein a distance (b) between a center position of a fraction corresponding to the prescribed component and an application point of the speciment sample is acquired from an electropherogram obtained by executing electrophoresis of the specimen sample including a lipoprotein containing the same kind of component as the prescribed component; and a process wherein a relative movement rate z (=b/a)} of the specimen sample to the reference sample is calculated by comparing the distance (a) with the distance (b). The denaturation degree of the prescribed component is judged on the basis of the calculated relative movement rate (z).
