PURPOSE: To rapidly perform inspection by immobilizing antihuman apo A-I monoclonal antibody and antihuman apo B-100 monochlonal which both do not recognize apo B-48 to a non-porous insoluble support. CONSTITUTION: For example, a non-porous insoluble resin such as silica and polyvinyl alcohol is used for an insoluble support and antihuman apo A-I monochlonal antibody which does not recognize apo B48 and antihuman apo B-100 monochlonal antibody which do not recognize apo B-48 are immobilized to it. The support material is filled into a column and lipoprotein other than remnant lipoprotein(RLP) in a sample is separated. Human serum sample is used and for example bis-tris and bis-trispropane are used as eluent. After this, the column is washed. By repeating the series of operations, so called routine analysis is achieved. With fractions through the column, the amount of cholesterol of RLP is analyzed for example by a fluorescent detector.
