PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and satisfactorily measure the resonance frequency of a stator and to prevent destruction of a piezoelectric element.;SOLUTION: This stator comprises a main body 11 to which a piezoelectric element is fixed. In order to measure the resonance frequency of a stator, the main body 11 before being fixed with the piezoelectric element is struck with a hammer 22, and the impact sound generated by the striking is detected by a microphone 23. The detected impact sound is analyzed by a fast Fourier analyzer 25 to detect the resonance frequency of the main body 11 of the stator.
