PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact grade separated crossing road having no need to ensure any additional site and a grade separated crossing highway network.;SOLUTION: A grade separated crossing road is a crossroads equipped with a crossing 115 making grade crossing of a first road 111 with a second road 113, a third road 117 and a fourth road 119 extending to both sides of the crossing 115 by holding the crossing between them and a fifth road 121 and a sixth road 123 extending to both sides of the crossing 115 by holding the crossing between them. In that case, the fifth road 121 and sixth road 123 are equipped with a grade separated straight forward crossing 173 with the first road 111, a first space U-turn road 181 making a U-turn on this side of the grade separated straight forward crossing 173 branched from an outward lane of the third road 117 and joined with a return lane of the third road 117, a second space U-turn road 189 of the same kind even in the outward lane of the fourth road 119, a third space U-turn road 191 of the same kind even in the outward lane of the fifth road 121 and a fourth space U-turn road 193 of the same kind even in the outward lane of the sixth road 123.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
