Method for providing a seal between a hallucinogenic substrate and a second substrate, use of one or more phosphorus-containing compounds, set of substrates in contact face to face, and, engine
METHOD TO PROVE A VEHICLE BETWEEN A SUBSTRATE O F ALUMNIUM AND A SECOND SUBSTRATE, USE OF ONE OR MORE COMPOSTS CONTAINING PHYSORO, CONVINCED OF SUBSTRATES UNDER FACE TO FACE, E, E, AND MOTOR" is described as a method for providing a seal, e.g. in the form of a gaxete, between an aluminium substrate and a second substrate, when the sealing is exposed to fluids at high temperatures, particularly in an automotive engine. The method shall consist of the steps of: ""(a) applying to at least one of the substrates an anaerobic sealing composition comprising: (i) one or more monomers of polymerizable met-)acrylate ester,(ii) an anaerobic healing component, and (iii) an accession promoter, comprising one or more phosphorus-containing compounds, having the general formula I, in which, R^1^ is H, CH~3~ or C~2~H~5~,R^2^ is -CH~2-,-C~2~H~ 4-,-C~3~H~6-,or --CH~2~CH(CH~3~ R^3^ is H, CH~3~ or C~2~H~5~n is a whole from 1 to 10, and m is a whole from 1 to 3, (b) putting the substrates in contact with face to face, and (c) enabling or enabling the composition to heal substantially at room temperature. An exemplary adhesion promoter comprises a combination of acid bis phosphate (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate, optionally with the addition of acid tris phosphate (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate).
