Tablet with enhanced biological availability of active substance i.e. clodronic acid and process for preparing thereof

The present invention relates to tablets with enhanced biological availability of active substance that is represented by dichloromethylene diphosphonic acid (clodronic acid) or physiologically acceptable salt thereof and which tablets contain as a pharmaceutical auxiliary substance an admixture of microcrystalline cellulose. In the present invention there is also disclosed a process for preparing such tablet.
