The invention concerns medical engineering, in particular human muscle activation devices.The leg muscle activator includes a base, movement mechanism, electro-stimulation and attenuation equipment, and an additional system for limb change feedback including occlusive duct and plethysmographic sensor.The leg muscle activator is designed for training patients and monotonically working muscle systems, improving blood circulation in patients' operated limbs in order to avoid venous thrombosis. It can also be used for massaging sportsmen's muscles and developing muscle strength.
