The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the oncology. Summary of the invention consists in that the first incision is made from the upper areola edge around its lateral one with transition to the lower edge, the tumor is semioval rounded in the healthful tissue limits and is continued up to the medioaxillary line with 5...6 cm below the axilla top. Thereafter it is made the second semi-oval incision from the beginning up to the end of the first incision. Then there are formed two cutaneous flaps, it is extirpated a part of the mammary gland with the tumor in a single bloc with subclavicular, subscapular, axilar lymphoglandulae and cellular tissue, the wound is sutured and actively drainaged.Claims: 1Fig.: 2
