The method involves introducing a primary graft to a site in the body conduit, to close the conduit side branch. The position of the side branch is mapped. An opening is formed through the primary graft, to allow the introduction of a side graft into the side branch. The side graft is fixed to the primary graft. Independent claims are also included for the following : (a) an endoluminal side branch graft; (b) and, an endoluminal side branch graft system.
