A counter-plate is provided on the side of the forming plate (9) facing the support structure (1), so that a cavity connected to an inlet and exit for a heat exchange medium is formed. The shuttering comprises a support structure and a forming device (3) secured to it, one of the forming device surfaces (9, 10) being used to form at least part of the concrete structure. The forming devices are plates with heat exchanger means provided on the side facing the support structure.
