The concrete shuttering has a shell plate (11) at a distance from struts (12,13) and exit sections (14,16) that are formed in the shuttering plate. The exits are vertical holes though which the concrete can escape and have nails for attaching them to each other of a fixed area e.g. ground. The shuttering has an actuatable fixing unit and a defined bowed section.
