A real-time dynamic pricing technology and process wherein a vendor can set up the parameters for a real-time dynamic pricing regime which may provide an aggregate value of sales, maximising the yield from the marketing of time-sensitive productivity value, inventories, capacities or services. The vendor can adjust the dynaamic pricing regime in real time in accordance with the market uptake which is providing the highest aggregate yield from sales. The process enables vendors to control yield maximisation from the sale of productivity value, inventories and capacities in accordance with a vendor's economic imperatives.
