Pelvic displacement prosthesis for radioprotection of the small bowel

A pelvic displacement prosthesis (100) for the radioprotection of the small bowel is provided. The prosthesis includes a shell (1) having a hollow frustum shape with one or more manipulation loops (3a, 3b) affixed thereto. A method for displacing the small bowel is also provided.
