The invention relates to a method for sugar determination by affinity viscosimetry, according to which the sensitive liquid flows continuously through a first hydraulic resistance (3) that lies in the direction of flow of the dialysis chamber and at the same time, the sensitive liquid that has been modified by dialysis flows through an additional hydraulic resistance (6). The differences in pressure between the resistances (3, 6) are determined online using pressure sensors (2, 4) and calculated to produce a relative quantity which is approximately proportional to the sugar concentration.
