we describe methods for oligonucleotide primers and identification of bacterial strains for determination of genomic fingerprints. these methods apply to a wide variety of samples. the test procedure involves the amplification of bacterial dna present in the sample to be tested, because in the latter two primers directed to the outside.they may hybridize with repetitive bacterial dna and extend to the outside from a repetitive sequence hybridable to another. after amplification, the products are sorted by size and by extension is determined by measuring the strain specific configuration of the products.the procedure for identifying bacterial strains by determining the fingerprints found many uses including: the identification of bacteria in infections, for agricultural or horticultural land, biomu00e9dication, food control, surveillan the production and assurance as well as quality control.
