摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is DNA probe which is related to the resistance gene, Bs3, against Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria race(Xcv) 1 using amplified length polymorphic(AFLP) DNA and bulked segregant analysis(BSA). Thereby, resistance gene, BS3, against Xcv is probed and the pepper having resistance against Xcv is selected effectively. CONSTITUTION: A separation method of species having resistance to bacterial Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria race(Xcv) 1 for using DNA probe comprises the following steps of; (a) assay of bacterial disease from Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria race 1 using separated group, F2 of which parents are peppers, one of them having resistance and another having not resistance; (b)selection of ALFP probe relating to resistance gene Bs3 using ALFP and BSA method: and (c) development of SCAR probe through sequencing base of the cloned resistance gene.
