PURPOSE: A Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria(Bv5-4a)-derived fha1 gene is provided to develop species with plant disease resistance. CONSTITUTION: A Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria(Bv5-4a)-derived fha1 gene encoding filamentous hemagglutinin protein is a gene encoding a protein with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2; or a gene with a base sequence of sequence number 1. A transgenic plant is prepared by fha1 gene or a recombinant vector containing fha1 gene.
