SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLES, WITHDRAWING MISSING VEHICLES, AND ARRESTING CRIMINALS USING RADIO CALL METHOD AND R/F REMOTE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling vehicles, withdrawing missing vehicles, and arresting criminals are provided to generate a rescue signal through an emergency remote controller when occurring an urgent situation and prevent an error operation according to a mischief by being operated by a password through a control system on the occasion of a robbery. CONSTITUTION: Signals inputted through an operation of a R/F remote controller(1) are synthesized as a code for inserting a situation, and a number, a color and a year-type of a vehicle through a R/F transmitting apparatus(7) of a PPRS(pager pursuit/remote control system)(3). A RASS(reading and sending system)(10) reads the code transmitted from the R/F transmitting apparatus(7). The RASS(10) stores all vehicles and situations in its database, and displays all situations on a LCD screen(12) and expresses all situation as a voice through a voice synthesizing circuit(20).
