PURPOSE: The method for transaction of culture initial public offerings via the internet in order to collect the investment for making culture and art activities on the market is provided to suggest the environment by which investors can make an objective judgement on the culture and art activities via the internet, and allow the investors to participate in public offering based on the judgement. CONSTITUTION: The movie, invited publicly, starts to be made when the stock for the movie is listed(514). The listed stock is transacted in a movie stock market simultaneously with the fabrication and the play of the movie(501). The investor who requests buying of the stock(501) pays the bill of the transaction using an internet transaction account. The balance and the details of the buying and selling transaction are reported to a buyer(504). The processes for the buying and selling transaction are completed(505). If the balance is insufficient at the buying, it is checked whether a customer is a member of a registered bank(508), prior to remittance from the account of the bank(509).
