PURPOSE: A method is provided to prevent the generation of vulnerable intermetal compound, macroscopic troubles and pollution on reinforcing a composite material and the composite material from being swollen by producing the composite material by a blended element powder metallurgy and a transit liquid phase sintering. CONSTITUTION: A basic alloyed powder is composed of pure titanium powder, 2Ti-2.5AL-2Sn-3Mo and 3.5Al-4Zr-3Mo. The basic alloyed powder is mixed with TiB2 reacting powder to be composed of Ti-6AL-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo/10TiB. The mixture powder is added with 0.5 to 4w% of pour Ni powder and mixed under the atmosphere of non activated gas for 4 to 6 minutes. The remixed powder is cold molded by 6.5 to 7.0ton/cm¬2 of pressurizing force and keep the powder around the liquid phase line of Ti-Ni for 25 to 35 minutes. Then, the powder is hot molded in the temperature of 1300 to 1400C to be a composite material reinforcing the particle of a titanium base.
