ORGANIC BINDER AND CERAMIC SHEET COMPOSITION FOR MULTILAYER CERAMIC CONDENSER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC SHEET

PURPOSE: Provided are an organic binder and a ceramic sheet for multilayer ceramic condenser which has saved manufacturing costs and reliability. The organic binder having an excellent fluidity and dispersion is prepared, which results in a ceramic sheet having excellent flexibility, tensile strength and stripping property, CONSTITUTION: The organic binder comprises 8-13wt.% of polyvinyl butyral, 4-6wt.% of dioctyl phthalate, 2-4wt.% of dibutyl phthalate, 0.5-1.0wt.% of phosphate ether, 3-5wt.% of cellolyn 102 synthetic resin, 59.0-73.5wt.% of toluene, 8-10wt.% of ethyl alcohol and 1-2wt.% of isopropyl alcohol. The ceramic sheet is manufactured by the following steps: mixing 50-70wt.% of ceramic dielectric powder having more than 2.0m2/g of specific surface area and more than 5.0g/cc of density with 30-50wt.% of the above binder; ball-milling for 8-18hrs. with 15-45rpm to be a slurry having 50.0-70.01.0% of solid content, 1000-3000300cps of viscosity and 3-7g/cc of density; forming to the ceramic sheet by a doctor blade method.
