PURPOSE: An extract for solving hangover and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cure hangover and normalize metabolism disorder by mixing ginseng, Japanese alder, ginkgo biloba leaf, arrowroot, Sorbus commixta skin, fenugreek and fruits of the Chinese matrimony vine with a washed duck and boiling for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: The ingredients of an extract for solving hangover includes 1.8-2.5kg of a duck, 6.7 wt.% of ginseng, 6.7 wt.% of ginkgo biloba leaf, 6.7 wt.% of Agastachr rugosa, 6.7 wt.% of jujube, 10 wt.% of arrowroot, 10 wt.% of Sorbus commixta skin, 10 wt.% of fenugreek, 10 wt.% of fruits of the Chinese matrimony vine, 13.3 wt.% of Japanese alder, 6.6 wt.% of ginger and 6.6 wt.% of Magnolia officinalis. All ingredients are boiled with 20 liters of water at high temperature for 3-4 hours and then at medium temperature for 12-14 hours to make extract. Extracted duck and herb extract are poured and boiled in a pot for 10-15 minutes. Animal fat and herb waste are eliminated by using a net and the extract is packed in a cooled state. The packed extract are boiled at 100deg.C for 5-7 minutes to sterilize.
