PURPOSE: A process of regenerating waste paints consisting of organic solvent based paint generated in the manufacturing process of an automobile by separating impurities and a pigment from the waste paint and recovering a solvent and liquid raw material as acrylic resin is provided, which recovers paint easily, efficiently and inexpensively, prevents environmental pollution and maximizes the reutilization of waste material from the waste paint, CONSTITUTION: The process for regenerating waste paints comprises the steps of recovering a solvent from waste paint, separating impurities and a pigment and then recovering a solvent and liquid raw material containing acrylic resin as a main component. And regenerated paint is obtained by mixing 60 to 89% by weight of the liquid raw material containing acrylic resin and a solvent as a main component, 37.6 to 10.6% by weight of a pigment, 0.9 to 0.1% by weight of a storage stabilizer, 0.9 to 0.1% by weight of a pigment precipitation preventing agent, 0.9 to 0.1% by weight of a pigment dispersion preventing agent and 0.9 to 0.1% by weight of a flow preventing agent.
