PURPOSE: A regeneration method of solvent, paint and fuel from waste solvent comprising waste paint is provided to save resources by collecting waste paint and waste fuel and to reuse a solvent. CONSTITUTION: A regeneration method of solvent, paint and fuel from waste solvent comprising waste paint comprises the steps of: applying a thermal stabilizer 0.3 ~ 0.1 weight% to the collected waste paint solvent 99.7 ~ 99.9 weight%; collecting solvent by distilling it in a decompression condition at 70 ~ 90C; separating a resin-containing liquid material and liquid sludge by precipitating the residue by a centrifuge; regenerating paint by blending pigment 37.6 ~ 10.6 weight%, storage stabilizer 0.9 ~ 0.1 weight%, pigment antisagging agent 0.9 ~ 0.1 weight% and flow preventer 0.9 ~ 0.1 weight%; adding the additive to the obtained liquid sludge; and obtaining regeneration fuel.
