PURPOSE: A preparation method of an extract of edible wide goose is provided, which removes the fat of the goose completely with a filter paper and extracts the herbs separately by kinds to maintain medically effective ingredients of the herbs. CONSTITUTION: The extract of edible wide goose is produced by the steps of : (i) extracting the edible wide goose for 12hr by applying pressure and passing the extract of the goose through a first and a secondary filter paper to remove the fat completely ; (ii) getting an extract of Saururas chinensis Baill by pressurizing the herb for 30min ; (iii) extracting other herbal materials including 3% of Acanthopanacis Cortex, 3% of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, 3% of Morus alba L., 2% of Citrus unshiu Markovich., 4% of Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH., 3% of jujube, 4% of Japanese alder, 2% of the root of Adenophora triphylla var., 3% of garlic, 2% of licorice, 2% of Carthamus tinctorius L., 2% of ginger and 3% of Sorbus commixta Hedl for 2hr ; and then (iv) mixing 60% of the wild goose extract and 4% of Saururas chinensis Baill extract with the other herb extracts and automatic vacuum packing the mixture.
