MICRO-MIRROR ELEMENT OF ELECTROSTATIC DRIVEN TYPE AND OPTICAL PICKUP DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A micro-mirror element of electrostatic driven type and an optical pickup device thereof are provided to improve precision in location adjustment of input beam and to reduce size of optical system by integrating the mirror and a driver. CONSTITUTION: A light source module(11) generates light. Condense units(14,16,18) condense a light from the light source module on surface of an optical recording medium. An optical detecting unit converts light reflected on the medium into an electric signal. An optical separate unit(13) transfers light from the light source module to the condense units and transfers light reflected on the optical recording medium to the optical detect unit. A micro-mirror element(30) reflects light while finely adjusting path of the reflected light.
