PURPOSE: A converter refining method for stably controlling phosphorous of high temperature tapped steel types is provided to reduce basic unit of sub-raw materials by effectively using sub-raw materials, and remarkably reduce defect ratio of phosphorous by stabilizing a constituent of phosphorous at a high temperature as well. CONSTITUTION: A converter refining method for stably controlling phosphorous of high temperature tapped steel types comprises the steps of injecting dolomite of 15 to 19 kg, and then 15 to 18 kg of calcium oxide per ton of a total charging amount of scrap iron and molten pig iron into 35 to 45 wt.% of total slag of previous operation, injecting 3 to 5 kg of sintered ore and 23 kg or less of calcium oxide by summing with the calcium oxide injected before starting an oxygen blowing per ton of a total charging amount right after the oxygen blowing, injecting 1.5 to 2.0 kg of calcium oxide per ton of the total charging amount at a time of 30 to 70% of oxygen blowing and sintered ore in the amount range in which heat mixing is allowed at a time of 40 to 65% of oxygen blowing, and injecting 2 to 3 kg of one or two of calcium oxide and dolomite per ton of the total charging amount at a time of 80 to 85% of oxygen blowing.
