CULTIVATION METHOD OF MEDICINAL BEAN SPROUT USING CHINESE-CRUDE DRUG MATERIAL AND MEDICINAL BEAN SPROUT CULTIVATED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A cultivation method of medicinal bean sprout using chinese-crude drug material and medicinal bean sprout cultivated thereby are provided, which use chinese-crude drug component which is useful for human body. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of medicinal bean sprout is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i)preparing a complex chinese-crude drug material composition by using at least one chinese-crude drug material selected from the group of taraxacum herb, artamisiae asiaticae herba, platycodon, astragalus, licorice, mume fruit, amygdala; (ii)after putting about 25g of the complex chinese-crude drug material composition per 1L of water, extracting the chinese-crude drug material by removing solid matter of chinese-crude drug material; (iii)absorbing the chinese-crude drug material extract to raw bean by putting about 70kg of raw bean per 3L of the chinese-crude drug material extract to blender and by rotating; (iv)cultivating bean sprout by using the raw bean and water.
