CULTURE MEDIUM FOR RAISING MUSHROOM USING RICE STRAW, PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF AND RICE STRAW CRUSHER

PURPOSE: Provided is a culture medium for raising mushroom wherein rice straw is crushed, pre-fermented by hot air in crushing, sterilized and post-fermented to be compressed and molded in a certain type so that it reduces production time. CONSTITUTION: The production process of culture medium for raising mushroom through rice straw comprises the steps of: (i) cutting fresh rice straw to a certain size; (ii) passing the cut rice straw to a rotation impeller with a guide blade formed, crushing and pre-fermenting; (iii) piling up the crushed and the pre-fermented rice straw in a closed space and heating to sterilize and post-ferment; and (iv) adding mushroom fungi, compressing and molding to a certain size.
