NECK INJURY PREVENTIVE DEVICE OF HEADREST FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A neck injury preventive device of a headrest for a vehicle is provided to prevent an injury of a passenger's neck, by using the load applied to a seatback and moving a headrest forward when in a rear collision, so a neck is safely supported. CONSTITUTION: A guide groove(34) is formed on the upper side of a seatback frame(38). A supporting bar guide(32) is freely moved through the guide groove. A supporting bar(33) is equipped on the lower side of the supporting bar guide. A suspension(35) is fixed on the supporting bar and is rotated on a hinge shaft(36) equipped on the seatback frame. A spring(37) is connected with the supporting bar and a supporting rod(39), and elastically expanded and constricted.
