PURPOSE: A finish annealing method of a grain oriented magnetic steel sheet by controlling a temperature raising pattern in accordance with an Al content of the grain oriented magnetic steel sheet with high flux magnetic density is provided, which produces steel sheet having excellent magnetic characteristic. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacture of grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet with high flux magnetic density by hot rolling, annealing, cold rolling one or two times, decarburizing and finish high temperature annealing silica steel slabs containing Al of 0.015 to 0.035%, in a case(a) where an Al content of silica steel is 150 to 230ppm, temperature is raised at a speed of 19 to 23deg.C/hr in the range of 600 to 750deg.C to 950 to 1,050deg.C and 13 to 17deg.C/hr until 1,200deg.C; and in a case(b) where an Al content of silica steel is 240 to 350ppm, at a speed of 15 to 17deg.C/hr in the range of 600 to 750deg.C to 950 to 1,050deg.C and 13 to 17deg.C/hr until 1,200deg.C.
