PURPOSE: A vegetable essential oil composition containing mustard, thyme and ginger essential oil and having insect-proof, fungus-proof and antioxidant effects is provided, which can be used for a quality preservative of stored agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: This essential oil composition having insect-proof, fungus-proof and antioxidant effects contains 0.01 to 50% by weight of one or more materials selected from the group consisting of essential oil of mustard, thyme and ginger and 50 to 99.9% by weight of a carrier, wherein the composition contains 0.01 to 30% by weight of a curing agent when the carrier is silicon rubber.
