PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a system and a method for inspecting security of gas being supplied from a city using the terminal are provided for a security inspector to perform a security inspection simply and to reduce a time for inspecting a security by receiving an electronic signature of households and inputting a security inspection result in a registered mobile terminal and making a database storing the result. CONSTITUTION: A central managing server(10) stores and manages household information of all city gas clients in a registered area. A plurality of local area managing servers(20) receive household information corresponded to a registered small area from the central managing server(10) and receive a security inspection result according to each household and re-transmits the result to the central managing server(10) in real time. A mobile terminal(26) receives household information corresponded to a registered group from a local managing server and transmits a city gas security inspecting result of each household in the registered group to a local managing server in real time. The registered area managed by the central managing server(10) is classified into a plurality of registered small regions, and the small regions are classified into a plurality of registered groups.
