Whitening cosmetic material containing an extract of natural Phellinus Linteus

PURPOSE: A natural Phellinus Linteus extract-contained whitening cosmetic material is provided, which improves skin colors, freckles and liver spots by prevention of skin blackening or color deposition and inhibition of melanin production, and shows skin aging prevention activity by anti-oxidant effect of natural Phellinus Linteus extract. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of natural Phellinus Linteus extract-contained whitening cosmetic material comprises the steps of: (1)washing natural Phellinus Linteus in clean water to remove extraneous matter; (2)drying the washed natural Phellinus Linteus at room temperature in a well-ventilated condition for 1-2months; (3)primary-pulverizing the dried natural Phellinus Linteus into 5-15mm size, and secondary-pulverizing the primary-pulverized natural Phellinus Linteus into 8-12mesh particles; (4)mixing the natural Phellinus Linteus powder and 30% 1,3-butylene glycol in the ratio of 1:3, and leaving at 0.6-0.8kgf/cm¬2 decompression state, 55-65deg.C for 48hrs; (5)supplying ultra-frequency waves; (6)filtering twice to remove impurities and bacteria; and (7) passing charcoal through to remove stench and for decoloration.
