PURPOSE: An automatic informing system when receiving money in a bankbook is provided to identify the receipt of a money in real time by automatically informing a received content through a wireless telephone, character information of a pager, and the E-mail. CONSTITUTION: A voice storing unit(4) of an ARS(Automatic Response Service) system(3) stores a responding voice, and a voice converting unit(5) of the ARS system(3) converts data inputted from a host computer(6) into a voice and outputs the converted voice to a telephone(1). The host computer(6) is connected with windows and ATMs(Automated-Teller Machines) of several financial agencies for receiving information according to the receipt or withdrawal of money from a receipt and withdrawal processing unit(11) and stores received information in an internal memory(7). The host computer(6) outputs a control signal to a tone generating unit(8) and outputs a dialing tone to a number of a wireless telephone(12) or a pager(13) when an account received by information is an account for informing a voice. If a calling path is formed with the wireless telephone(12) or the pager(13), a data processing unit(10) reads a character signal stored in a data unit(9) and outputs character information regarding a receiving money, a current remainder, and a withdrawing money to the wireless telephone(12) or the pager(13).
