A treatment machine of intermediate and low-level radioactive waste for the decarbonization process

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating an intermediate/low level radioactive waste using a decarbonization process is provided to drastically improve heat decomposition method by applying a decarbonization process and minimize size of a final glass in solid condition by reducing residual amount generated through the heat decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A combustible waste(100) is grinded by using a grinder(12). A melting tank(18) melts the grinded combustible waste(100) at a low temperature. A heat decomposing furnace(22) thermally decomposes the waste molten in the melting tank(18) by a reducing process at a low temperature and thus reduces size of the waste. A decarbonizer decarbonizes the residual waste of the heat decomposing furnace(22) and finishes a preprocessing. A neutralizing tower(20) neutralize acid toxic gas generated in the melting tank(18) and the heat decomposing furnace(22). A low oxidation catalyzing tower(36) oxidizes off gas of various shapes generated in the heat decomposing furnace(22) by an oxidation catalyzer at a low temperature. A condenser(38) condenses gas which is not oxidized in the catalyzing tower(36) according to temperatures.
