PURPOSE: Provided is a method for operating a drawing device for a goods drawing amusement machine, the drawing device can unfold tongs for picking up the goods by the up-and-down operation of an operating device due to the operation of a solenoid. CONSTITUTION: The drawing device contains the cylindrical solenoid(8) in the center of which compressing device(10) is mounted, wherein the compressing device(10) is coupled with the operating device(9) coupled with an up-and-down operating stick. And the tongs(2) are mounted under the solenoid(8) and a weight(14) is mounted on the upper part of the tongs(2). The ends of the tongs(2) are gathered under the compressing device(10) and the tongs(2) are unfolded by moving down the operating device(9) and the compressing device(10) by the solenoid(8).
