PURPOSE: A method and a system for promoting advertisements through the issuance of lucky tickets are provided to maximize the effectiveness of advertisement and to obtain a satisfactory memory effect for the public announcement of a specific event by inserting intrinsic numbers in lucky tickets together with an orderer's advertisement or information and distributing them to general advertisement consumers. CONSTITUTION: A center system(10) is a manager computer to accept the applications of the issue of lucky tickets, to issue them, and to carry out associated general management. The center system(10) is combined with a ticket-issue system(11), a winner determination system(12), an insurance company server(13), a web server(14), a delivery system(15), a mail server(16), and a lucky ticket DB(17). The web server(14) contains a dealer DB(19) and a member DB(20) to approve the access of advertisement dealer systems(21) and a consumer group(18). The lucky ticket DB(17) stores lucky ticket issue information and lucky ticket registration information. The ticket-issue system(11) settles issue conditions according to the ticket-issue applications of the advertisement dealer systems(21) and prints advertisement and information phrases, lucky ticket numbers, draw dates, etc. The winner determination system(12) determines the winning numbers of issued lucky tickets. The insurance company server(13) pays a winning insurance amount when a prize winner is determined. The delivery system(15) delivers the issued lucky tickets to advertisement agents.
