A fast fermenting device for organic matter

PURPOSE: Provided is a high speed fermenting machine for organic material disposal which is characterized by having a sealed box type fermenting tank constructed with H-beams and wooden wall supplying heat and space required for increase of microbes. Accordingly, the machine occupies small area and decreases fermenting time and operating costs greatly. CONSTITUTION: The fermenting machine comprises a hopper(2) throwing organic materials(leftovers, animal waste, etc.), a fermenting tank(3) where organics are fermented with microbes, and a belt conveyor(5). The machine is characterized in that organic materials and microbes lived with a ceramic ball(16) are into the fermenting tank constructed with an H-beam(9) and block structure(10) using wood after regulating water content with fertilizer produced in fermentation, followed by producing compost through a belt conveyor under a discharge screw(13) and gathering it.
