PREPARATION METHOD OF RECYCLED PRODUCT FROM WASTE POLYSTYRENE FOAM

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of recycled products from waste polystyrene foam which causes environmental pollution. The recycled products are auto parts and bumper for big vehicles, construction materials and home products. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises washing, drying and pulverizing collected waste stylene foam products; adding styrene monomer solution to it and stirring; mixing and reacting the refined above mixture solution at 60-70deg.C with hardening agent (around 1% B.P.O.); introducing the mixture solution with added waste polystyrene foam powder into a mold with gel coat resin and drying and taking out when it is hardened 80% to eliminate the attached unwanted material.
