摘要
PURPOSE: An allylamine base antibacterial additive and its antibacterial agent of a fabric, a manufacturing method thereof, and an antibacterial finishing method of the fabric are provided, which are characterized by increasing wash fastness without touch deterioration and being useful for cotton(rayon), acetate, polyester/cotton or polyester/rayon. CONSTITUTION: The allylamine base antibacterial agent is obtained by a process containing the steps of: compounding dialkyl diallyl ammonium chloride(I) from allyl chloride and dialkyl amine; dissolving dialkyl diallyl ammonium chloride(I) and acylic amide(III) in the ratio of 10:1-1:5 in water to produce 30 aqueous solution; adding 0.1 of radical initiator based on total monomer, and then nitrogen-substituting; sealing and polymerizing at 80deg.C for 3hours; precipitating a polymerized solution into about 10times of acetone, followed by drying to produce white powder type co-polymer(IV); dissolving the co-polymer(IV) of dialkyl diallyl ammonium chloride/acrylic amide and formaldehyde being equivalent to acrylic amide in water to produce 25aqueous solution; and then making react at 60deg.C for 1hour to produce a polymer(V). In the formula I, III, IV and V, R1 and R2 are methyl, propyl, butyl, pentyl and hexyl group respectively. The allyl amine type antibacterial type additive is obtained by a process containing the steps of: compounding dialkyl diallyl ammonium chloride(I) from allyl chloride and dialkyl amine to produce 30aqueous solution; adding 0.1 of radical initiator based on monomer, so nitrogen-substituting; sealing and polymerizing at 80deg.C for 3hours; and then precipitating a polymerized solution into about 10times of acetone, followed by drying to produce white powder type polymer(II). In the formula I and II, R1 and R2 are methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, pentyl and hexyl group respectively.
