PURPOSE: A system and method for publicizing a result of a signature-collecting campaign is provided to increase supporters to a signature subject and make the corresponding subject be a public opinion by allocating advertisements according to the signature subjects and outputting the allocated advertisement when a member participates in a signature and accumulating a cost for publicizing the signature result by watching the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A signature-collecting campaign managing server(11) provides signature contents of a subject and an advertisement for accumulating a signature result publicizing cost to a PC(17) of a member being connected through a communication network(16). The server(11) updates signature data according to signatures of the members and an advertisement accumulating amount and extracts the corresponding subject. A member DB(12) stores personal information according to a member ID by controlling of the server(11). A DB according to signature subjects(13) updates and stores the signature data and the advertisement accumulating amount by controlling of the server(11). An advertisement DB(14) stores advertisement data for accumulating a publicizing cost by controlling of the server(11). An advertisement planning managing system(15) publicizes the signature result data extracted from the server(11) through the mass media.
