PURPOSE: A water treatment agent composition for simultaneously removing nitrogen and phosphorus contained in sewage and waste water is provided, which can exhibit very excellent industrial effects in the fields of removing efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus, reaction time and working convenience which the previous processes using former treatment agent compositions could not achieve. The composition forms large floc that has a strong strength for increasing cross-linked adsorption of boding radical of polymer coagulant and fine floc, so that can conduct a pellet coagulation. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (i) 5-50 wt.% of artificial zeolite of calcium type; (ii) 15-50 wt.% of soluble compound of aluminum or iron salt series; (iii) 0.5-20 wt.% of natural or synthetic polymer coagulant; (iv) 10-40 wt.% of carbonate granule of alkali metal; and (v) 10-40 wt.% of functional dispense which is composed of more than two components those are selected from a group that consists of calcium compound, carbonate of alkali earth metal, titanium dioxide and activated carbon granule.
