The present invention relates to a water treatment composition for simultaneously removing nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage / wastewater and a water treatment method using the same. More specifically, 5 to 50% by weight of calcium-type artificial zeolite, a soluble aluminum-based or iron-based compound 15 -50% by weight, 0.5-20% by weight of natural or synthetic polymer coagulant, 10-40% by weight of carbonate powder granules of alkali metals, and two kinds from the group consisting of calcium compounds, carbonates of alkaline earth metals, titanium dioxide and powdered activated carbon The present invention relates to a water treatment composition for removing nitrogen and phosphorus from sewage / wastewater composed of 10 to 40% by weight of the selected functional assistant, and a water treatment method using the same. The water treatment agent of the present invention is the most compact and economical advanced treatment technology capable of completely treating nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage, and can be removed simultaneously in ammonia nitrogen and in India simple facilities in lakes or river waters.
