PURPOSE: A method for accumulating cyber money on an internet vehicle insurance site is provided to induce a user's interest and to increase hit ratio of the corresponding site by introducing an event or a game method to an internet vehicle insurance site, thereby providing cyber money obtained by a plurality of members to one member. CONSTITUTION: If an internet user connects to a vehicle insurance site through a communication network(S11), a system checks whether the user is a member or not(S12). If the is not a member, the member performs a log-in process(S13). It is detected whether a recommender is existed(S14). If a recommender is not existed, basic cyber money is paid(S15). If a recommender is existed, the member is included in a recommender group(S16), and predetermined cyber money is supplied to all members of the recommender group(S17). If the user is a member, the member is moved into an advertisement space(S18), and it is checked whether the member clicks the advertisement(S19). The member receives cyber money in accordance with the number of clicking accounts(S20, S21). It is judged whether accumulated cyber money is more than a criterion amount(S22). If accumulated cyber money is not more than a criterion amount, the member is moved into an advertisement space(S18). If accumulated cyber money is not more than a criterion amount, the member is moved into an event space in accordance with a request of the member(S23). A member may obtain cyber money of other member through a game in the event space. An acquisition of cyber money is decided in the event space(S24), an amount of cyber money designated by a member is moved(S25).
