The present invention relates to a method for producing a fluorescent film using a fluorescent electrode electrodeposition composition for a field emission device and an organic electrodeposition method, by which the thickness of the fluorescent film for display is uniform and the uniformity of the film. The present invention relates to a phosphor, an anion electrodeposition resin, and a dispersion medium.
