A reading unit having a lower housing, an upper housing and a lower housing having a predetermined size and a light emitting sheet disposed inside the upper housing to be exposed to the outside of the upper housing for easy portability can be easily read. A dental x-ray film reader is disclosed. The reading device according to the present invention includes a lower housing, a control unit, a reading unit, and an upper housing. The lower housing has a first head which is integrally formed at one end of the first body and the first body divided by the partition wall into the first chamber and the second chamber and divided into the third chamber and the fourth chamber. The control unit includes a power supply box and a control circuit board respectively disposed in the first chamber and the second chamber. The reading unit includes a light emitting sheet integrally connected to the control circuit board and a battery connection part, a film sheet disposed on an upper surface of the light emitting sheet, and a protective film disposed on the film sheet. Meanwhile, the upper housing has a second body and a second head corresponding to the first body and the first head. In this case, a reading hole is formed in the second head so that the reading part is exposed to the outside of the upper housing. Also, an enlarged portion made of a convex lens is mounted in the read hole.
