FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying acetylated aldononitryls of blood serum monosaccharides for carrying out gas chromatography examination. The examination is carried out in two meter high column of 3 mm diameter filled with 3% Selicone XE-60 on chromaton washed with acid at 220 C under isothermal conditions or in programmed temperature mode at a rate of 12 C/min with temperatures in the range from 210 to 245 C. EFFECT: increased time of preparation storage; simplified storage conditions.
