FIELD: organic chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel class of chemical compounds, namely to derivatives of the novel heterocyclic system tetrafurazano-[3,4-b: 3', 4'-f: 3'', 4''-j: 3''', 4'''-n] - -[1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16]-octaazabicyclo-[14.2.2]-eicosa-4,8,12- -triene of the general formula (I) where R1, R2, R3, R4 are H, lower alkyl or lower alkyl containing functional groups, for example, OR5, SR5, NR5R6, CONR5R6 or COOR7 where R5, R6, R7 are H, lower alkyl, or R2 + R3 and/or R1 + R4 in common with adjacent carbon atoms of piperizine cycle form alicyclic, benzene or heterocyclic annealed cycle. Invention describes also method of their synthesis involving treatment of derivatives of bis-1,4-(3-aminofurasanyl-4,4'-azofurazan-3-yl)-piperazine with dibromoisocyanourate in medium of trifluoroacetic acid or its mixture with inert organic solvents, for example, CH2Cl2, CHCl3, CH3CN. Synthesized compounds can be used in biochemistry in investigation of regulatory effects of nitrogen oxide and mechanism of action of soluble form of guanylate cyclase.
